![]() ![]() Credits: 58,560 | Values in animes I have watched many animes before and i got to say that most of them have moral values in the stories... moral values in their characters... and they show what is good and what is bad... ^^ and many kinds of values... So... my question here... What value in an anime you look up to? -Please include the name of them anime as well, and why you look up to it... ^^ Mine would be in the anime called.. Grave of the Fireflies... it shows that how cruel war can be and how the victims strive to keep on living after such calamity... I look up to this value in this anime because... i know how important peace is... and i am glad i get to enjoy it... ^^ |

![]() Credits: 6,646 | Re: Values in animes Eureka 7 or Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Do I really need to explain this? Shame on you all who don't know. Eureka 7's main character, Renton, undergoes the most magnificent dynamic character transformation I have ever seen. It's right next to my love for Code Geass. In the beginning, he's this immature young adolescent that never really knew what life was. But in the end, it's like he's completely different. He grows wiser, and realizes what's precious to him. There are so many themes. XD; I should write a paper about it for school or something. P: Now, Gurren Lagann. Kamina is just amazing. He really believes that you can do anything if you put your will into it. It's so intense that it makes whoever is watching believe that they can accomplish anything, too. He's the ultimate role model. XD :3 Awesome thread, btw.

This would be from many anime like Bleach, Naruto, Yu yu Hakusho, Dragon Ball... It's friendship! ^^ Treasure your friendship and protect your friends and those you love with all you can so that in the end you won't regret it ^^ This is like.. the most powerful trait in Naruto... He really takes friendship seriously.. ![]() | ||||

![]() Credits: 36,670 | Re: Values in animes Ok for me it is Loyalty and trust (the most thing i hate in life is betrayal) and many animes got that idea in it ,like loyalties to blood or to the unbreakable family bonds (The Vision of Escaflowne - .Hack // GU - Darker Than Black) and many others and loyalties to servitude (Tengen Toppan Gurren Lagenn) and for trust is world-wide shown in any anime. ![]() ![]() Credits: 58,560 | Re: Values in animes One of the most famous values in Animes... Never give up! and also Determination... ![]() Lets look on Naruto for example... when he faught Neji in the Chuunin exam... Realized how badly he was beaten by Neji? His chakra even got sealed... o.O and yet he came up with an amazing idea and defeated Neji with just one punch... which is quite unbelievable.. because Neji's taijutsu uses the most powerful style and hardest of all... Bleach... Ichigo was fighting with Zaraki Kenpachi... he got battered and bled like crazy and still fought... same when it was when he fought many other powerful characters in the anime...he never gives up ^^ even if it means to die... I think many anime shows this value.. one of the simplest and most important among many traits to succeed in life ^^ |
