In guess I just better pull out my katana, and perform ritual suicide right now. This is gonna suck BIG TIME. I mean COME ON! First Bleach ruins itself by being full of fillers. I could care less if there isn't enough story, don't make me wait and parade a bunch of nonsense in fron of my face... Wait a second. Perhaps that's what this movie will be. Two seconds of fight THEN 89mins and 58 secs of high school shenanigans. KILL ME. DO IT NOW. : )

i think it would be better if it was all fillers, then it wouldn't ruin the plot by butchering a lot. and it would be different, something i hadn't watched before. i hope they do that and just make it a comedy instead of actually trying and failing.

I'm actually surprised it took em that long. With comic book adaptations having been shown to be lucrative for quite a few years now.

That being said I see little possibility of Hollywood being able to pull this off. Even less possibility than the Akira or Evangelion films. The director hasn't been announced yet but expecting something beyond that Dragonball adaptation (which I have not seen) would be very optimistic.

They might be able to pull off Eva, if they hire the director of Transformers and pay attention to the characters more than the action and special effects. But this is America.. we're fueled by special effects.

Okay, if this movie is made, it had better not suck.

PLEASE don't let it be a comedy, it would ruin Bleach

What they need to do is hire someone who is involve with the actual manga or anime. To stay as close as possible to the original, If not I fear it's going suck.

Okay, who else thinks that the Wachowski brothers could make a good job of this?

If not, it's better then having Uwe Boll doing it
