Overstock.com often has excellent prices on older anime series. You can also try some of the larger anime webstore such as Anime Nation, and The Right Stuff International...

i suggest you dont go to very cheap unless its a trusted web it could be $.99 but the web could steal info i suggest ebay with 100% - 98% feedback
I'll do it man.
You could try checking out Amazon.com, it has plenty of sellers with cheap prices.
ADVfilms.com is good, but only if you catch one of their holiday sales, otherwise you'll pay MSRP and that's at least a few bucks more than any store I've ever been in. I've used discountanimedvd.com for over six months now, and aside from one DVD I returned due to an incorrect product description, I haven't had any problems with them (even the return was fairly hassle-free). Rightstuf.com has good deals in the clearance items and bargain bin, but everything else is at standard prices. Amazon.com is always the place I check first; as JOJO mentioned, you can find a lot of different sellers, and I personally only stick to sellers that have a 95% or better rating.
