Thread: what anime has the best story.

I think Kenshin does.. It`s also historically correct for the most part.. Also so does Kyo Samurai D.. It has a pretty good story line..

Inu Yasha has the best storyline! It's really complicated though. i dont completely understand it. but it's still good!

I don't really think the ones with a lot of fighting has a whole lot of storyline. For example, DBZ mainly involves the protagonists fighting some evil baddy that wants to destroy stuff. Good guy wins, gets stronger, then fight some stronger baddies; it goes on like that for quite a few episodes. It is similar in Naruto and other action-oriented anime. They are good for their action, but I don't really think so in terms of plot.

As for gundam, since the early ones its still the same. Several factions fight against each other all the time, while you take the seat of a pilot that either wants peace, have some trauma of sorts, or gloomy. It's different for every series, but the formula's there.

I believe the Tenchi Muyo series, Tenchi Universe, Tenchi In Tokyo and Tenchi GXP are some of the best anime storylines that I have personally seen as well as the new upcoming Tenchi OVA part 2. And Oust I will catch you in class bro!
