I think Valkryie UFO ultramaden is one i just got it and it has all of those things

I think that Genshiken is a good one. It's funny and it talks a bit about sex but doesn't show anything really besides kissing. It's also somewhat of a love story as well. I really enjoyed it but I never hear anything of it. It's also really short with only 3 volumes of the anime.

the gundam seed series is also a really great show
i think they r worth checking out

rumbling hearts has romance and ecchi and a little of comedy at first and also drama
suzuka has romance and comedy but no ecchi.

Any harem anime should have all those things. If you're looking for really funny harem with the most beautiful girls, Ken Akamatsu's works are your thing. His most famous work is Love Hina. He is the only manga-ka I know whose hobby is making the doujinshi of his own anime.

I agree with zero_enna Mahoromatic is what you want.
