Thread: What do you think of Love Hina?

I thought Love Hina was alright. It was funny, but in that mellow not outstanding or unique type of funny for me. It is enjoyable, but it doesn't necesarrily stand out or make me think it is 1 out of a million sort of deal you know?

I didn't really think that some of the characters should have been in there. It added a bit too much fantasy on some accounts and I think a bit more realism would have been better. Adding touches of aspects such as "Ranma 1/2" into a real world type of situation doesn't really make the series that great in my opinion.

If you want that much fantasy, make the series revolve around it instead of just applying little scenes and scenarios..it just threw off the entire flow for me.

I dig the woman and the situation with the guy. It is the classic ecchi situation isn't it? Even the little pet is in there as well that you find in so many of the harem ecchi titles.

So yeah, descent but not great.
