Anime gets away with a lot of ting such as making a lot of sex jokes or sexual references and tons of violens (yay violens)
I think I've known you all along.
I just lost your face in the crowed for a while.
I think I've been holding my breath all my life, until you found me here tonight.
So ask me now and I'll run away with you.
I am a little confused as to what you are trying to say as well. There a lot of different entertainments that house sexual inuendo and violence, but they are typically contained in some form or fashion.
Anime appears to be different in these terms, compared to others, because the culture and perspectives in Japan differ from other nations. That is why we have content ratings just in case things match specific details.
If you haven't noticed yet, the US tends to completely remake an anime before it hits television or even DVDs. You see plenty of censorship to accomodate these wants and or needs. Do they really with it?? Eh, I guess that is one's opinion really.

So are you talking about 'Golden Hour' (family hour prime time) shows, shows that are broadcast in the post-midnight time slots, or anime programs that are only shown on premium cable??? Naturally, shows in different categories are subject to different censorship standards. This is the same reason why in the US market, you don't find the program 'Sex in the City' shown on broadcast TV channels...
Actually, I think "Sex in the City" is shown on broadcast tv now, or atleast I recall something was happening with it along those lines. Still though, I came across one of their episodes recently and they met the censorship standards I believe. Either or, the conditions are still the same none the less.
im not complaning im just pointing it out and yes i doo mean all anime in jeneral

It seems like you're painting with a rather broad paint brush here... Can you point out a case of serious fan service in a series such as ... 'Hello Kitty'!!!
ADVFilms: Hello Kitty and Friends Volume 1: Fairy Tale Fantasy
Even 'Golden Hour' programs such as 'Bleach', 'One Piece' and 'Naruto' keep away from anything resembling implied sex. Though blood and cigarette smoke are a different matter, and these are about the only items that need to be removed (by FCC rules) for US television broadcast.
