For me, my favorite
Opening theme:
Sakura Kiss by Chieko Kawabe
-its from Ouran High School Host Club, its quite happy in tune but somewhat sad in an instrumental only(String and Piano). The thing is that the meaning is very nice, and quite cute too.
Ending Theme:
Waltz by Suneohair
-its the first ending theme from the anime series Honey and Clover season 1, its very good indeed,the voice of the singer is good as well. I like the way they play the guitar most of the instrumental their.

but anyway that one was too vague so this's a better one and more specified ...
well i have so many favorite openings and endings ... well for now the opening and ending of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and the ending too ... and well the first opening of you're under arrest ... and the second ending of Fate/stay night ...

Well I like both the opening and ending of Night Wizards. The opening is Kurenai by Miyazaki Ui, it's an up beat and catchy song. It's also fast paced. The ending is Erinyes by Betta Flash. It has a haunting quality about it that I also like. It's realxing and soothing.

Its quite cute because the tune seems like for children but actually it pertains to the family of Dangos(dango is actually a Japanese Food, Image Here)...

My favorite opening theme is "Angelus" from the 4th( I think) season of Inuyasha. Its really upbeat and it really gets me pumped. As for my favorite ending theme that would have to be "Fuhen" from Samurai 7. Its sad but very compelling, I can listen to it for hours and never get tired of hearing it.

my fav opening is black lagoon. to me its hard as hell. i have the song on my mp3 player.
i'm sorry i dont have song titles. but
opening to Tsubasa Chronicles season one, gundam wing, initial d 2nd and 4th stage as well as all their endings, as well as various openings to bleach and naruto
