What was your first anime that you watched?

My first anime would have had to be Naruto. then digiemon then pokemon.

series wise it was Witch Hunter Robin o.O

My first anime I think was Kirby when I was 5 (Yeah, its a anime xD)
If that doesn't count, then it was Shakugan no shana

mine was Voltes V I think? I still remember the song (the melody not the lyrics it was japanese lol)................ "3"

My first anime was Sailor Moon... *cough cough* ;^_^
I was a kid and had stumbled upon it, early one morning before heading off to school. I fell in love with it, because it was the first show I've ever seen with real female superheroes with very cool superpowers. At the time Wonder Woman and her powers were just too lame, Supergirl was hardly focused on and only serves as a sidekick to Superman a lot of times, and Xena wasn't around yet. So the Sailor Scouts were my first role models of super girls.
Though, I look back on that anime and cringe... It's still entertaining (as I had watched a lot of the old episodes again, some years back) but it's way annoying sometimes with the girls obsessing over boys all the time and their love for magical lipsticks and such. And I hate that the American censored dub insisted on covering up the fact that Hakuka and Michiru were a lesbian couple, and kept referring to them as "cousins". XD

My first anime movie was "Ghost In The Shell". ^_-

the very first one was DragonBallZ but speaking in terms of watching on regular basis it was Girls Bravo
i'll admit i just started really watching anime last year

My first anime was Speed Racer........back around 1970!
