Hrmm.... This is hard... I guess the one which has made the biggest impact on me would have to be the Gundam Wing series. Mainly because the opening and ending themes by Two-Mix got me into japanese music. It also got me into fanfic writing which got me improving in my story writing skills. It actually got me started on fanfics overall. And yeah, I really love the characters, gundams and story too.

Well to me anime and manga are very different things, but for my favorite animes it would be...

Chrno Crusade
Fullmetal Alchemist
Spiral
Mahou Tsukai Tai
Saiyuki
Fushigi Yuugi
Full Metal Panic

I think that should be just about it, though new favorite are always added and removed. haha
