Well I have played all of those (except Dirge of Cerberus) and also FF IV, FF V, FF IX Tactics Advance and A2, and the FF IV remake on DS. Just picked up FF Tactics: War of the Lions for the PSP as well. Still would no say I like all the characters though.

As a character or as a Boss? Septhiroth is probably the most interesting character as far as bossses go. Kefka is a total lunatic.

I would probably consider those two the most interesting FF bosses as most others are usually just some form of evil energy like Chaos that is working through a mortal.

Delita from FFT is a really interesting character, but not sure if I would consider him a bad guy. Misguided for sure though. He fits the "best friend turned enemy because of war" type pretty well, but I always though it was done better in Suikoden II.

Septhiroth the one winged angel is a bad ass character because hes in lots of games and he is freaken strong i like him!
