have any of u seen the anime called X? the manga is called X 1999.if so who is your fav character?mine is kamui.please post your opinions.

You mean the anime series X right? Or the horrible movie X/1999?
The TV series was great fun, that film was not.

X/1999 is a manga by CLAMP. It's basically about the end of the world and two groups fighting each other. One group fights to save humanity, the other fights to end humanity and clean the earth of its influence.

The X/1999 film was made in 1996. Its main problems are a total lack of character development and most of the story was left out.
The X anime series did a much better job. It is 24 episodes long.

I seen the movie..... Very sad but it was a great anime really great! I loved how they drew the animation, and the plot but it just ended so sad. I rather not say how it ended it or it'll just spoil lot of things for some people who haven't seen it.
And my favorite character is Kamui too since he is a powerful esper and you can tell he cares for his friends so much as well. Kamui is such a nice guy yet he doesn't deserve all of his friends to die.

Now 'X' the TV series is easily one of the best manga to anime adapatation of a CLAMP storyline. Other CLAMP anime adaptations I've seen include 'RG Veda', 'Magical Knight Rayearth', 'Miyuki in Wonderland', 'Tokyo Babylon', 'Cardcaptor Sakura', 'Rayearth OVA' 'Angelic Layer', 'Chobits', 'Tsubasa Chronicles', with the only ones I haven't seen are 'Clamp School Detective', and the soon to be released 'XXXholic' series...

'X' the Movie suffers from trying to cram too much of the story into too limited a space... (introduce a character, splat, he's dead! Introduce another character, splat again...) Both the Movie and the TV series suffer by using a made up ending, and not having the official 'X' ending of the series, but the official ending still doesn't exist, as the original manga series has been stopped for years. The 'X' manga story was becoming too violent and bloody for the publishers of the magazine the original manga was shown in...

cReator... I better seek more
infos bout this anime...
I think its about Kamui Shiro,
thats what I knew.. But is kamui a superhuman also??
some reviews once mention his an
esper(correct me if Im wrong)...
