Thread: your first anime

My first anime was Chobits and Trigun. Watching those made me hungry for more and now I am an addict.

For me it was either Sailor Moon or DBZ. They both started up on Toonami at around the same time so I can't remember which one I actually watched first. I want to say DBZ but I think I just want to say it because I took to DBZ more than I did Sailor Moon.

I'm really not sure about this and i was too young to really remember but i'm pretty sure that it was either Chodenji Machine Voltes V or Tosho Daimos. I'm not that old to have witnessed their first runs here in my country but yes they are so big and legendary here that their re-runs are done in the name of tradition. It's kinda like a baptismal rite here, "okay kid you've seen Voltes V already, you're now a certified Filipino and Otaku".

my first one was Gundam wing/ac or myabe it was pokemon if it counts as anime or cardcaptor sakura. i can't remeber but i loved the shows

Well my first anime was Akira. It was a really good anime, bad watching it as a kid, it was brutal on the mind ><. But it's funny how much I made a scene about it back when I was little, now that I think about it now XD

yes, my first anime was sailor moon. XD and i was only three! then i realized my uncle liked anime as well and he got me hooked.
