A quick question to Dragon Ball, does it have to be hand drawn or put together some how on the computer? if it's the computer could you help me do it? if you can't help, that is ok.

It can be either as long as it is in digital format and adheres to the 863x162 size limit as well as the other rules...but if you don't know HOW to do it then there isn't much point in asking, they are much to complex and the deadline is too close to be told how to do them.
