Max image size is 60KB. I set it to this as I don't want the pages taking too long to load.

That is bloody great! I like it a lot. Good choice of graphics too. I would change the titles though to be something more unique. That is "photo" to something else. Checkout the titles used on my profile.

Heres a photoshop tip for those that have images that are too big as .jpg

Saveas for Web

save as - 128 .gif dithered or not

you will cut it down to around 2.8kbs or lower garunteed!
So means faster load time and u can still add alot of stuff.
