Yeah, otherwise people with huge friends lists would be having quite an advantage.
Oh well, Dragon Ball should be able to see everyone who voted and what they voted for so we can figure out if there has been some cheating.

I voted...SINI!!!!! because he is a cool background that isn't too bright for my eyes and a cool choice of colours. I do also like the layout of the profile..all equally set up..

Oh and he has FMP fumoffu opening as his vid..COOLIES!!!

Maybe they should, it would give the artists a chance to see what the people like and expect. Then they could sharpen their skills and really be a force to be reckoned with.
