Well it is easy, either you ask the members of an specific clan how kool their clan leader is or clan members put the name of their leader when voting. Although, some clans have more members than other clans.
I can look at other clan's areas just fine.
Could when I wasn't in a clan and still can now that I am in one.

Thats true you can go into any clan territory and view any thing you want. I thought they were supposed to be locked to outsiders but I guess it hasn't been done yet.
