Come on you people, the answer to the remaining question is painfully easy! Think about a famous anime of which the manga was released AFTER the anime. There aren't many of those.

Hmmm... I had thought Bubblegum Crisis was released after the anime, but I guess I was wrong ^^; Aiyoooooo >_<
