Keep in mind that the site does not receive support from any major company, and those prizes are paid by DB as well as the shipping. Sadly shipping costs can be very high to countries outside the US/Canada area, too much problems for something given away for free...

Wow... I didn't realise it was going to be this easy to pickup a prize. Currently everyone who has participated has won a prize.

And no-one has submitted a graphic. So if you submit a plain white graphic made in Paint with the words Karas on it, you would easily win as there is no competition. Remember to post the link of the graphic in this thread.

Mods and myself here are always trying to offer great comps, but it seems the enthusiasm to participate really is not here. Looks likes comps are out of flavour and members want other things.

Deadline is November 17th to win a Karas: The Revelation DVD's. ($19.98 retail value per DVD)

I would participate more but there is a limit of 1 prize per person and I don't want to potentially out compete people in the GFX section of the contest since I think I have at least 1 area of the writing section wrapped up.

Frankly I don't understand the lack of participation, Karas is a top notch anime and the ways to win are easy as well as bountiful. I think we need to take a look at changing some things up here at AO.
