The deadline has yet to be presented, itll be sometime in march/april is al i can say. An yes anyone May enter the contest ^_^. All they have to do is be registered at animeonline... don't even matter if they have just 1 post.

So we can use copyrighted characters though right.? And what about the size how big should it be.

U can use copyrighted characters in the wall AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT THE ORIGINAL CREATORS, failure to do this and ur wall will not be accepted... its common sense.
regular wallpaper sizes are fine 1024x768, 1280x960 etc.

i guess i shall make an attempt to be some the wallpaper experts though im sure itll be quite hard since ive never made a wallpaper before but i am working on one hope someone likes it
