Yes it is. I do find it a little bit fast compared to the manga...

The episode I watched was really better than the original.
So in away you could say that the Brotherhood is the whole story while the Frist FMA is kind of like a chapter outline to the brotherhood. The reason why I say out line is because Cartoon network's {AS} has ran it back when it was new to the network, and after seeing all 26 espoides, it was great but it left me with a few questions, that Brotherhood shall clear up.
Hello everyone,
as you probably know Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is online. It is not yet completely online, but I have seen all the ones which are. And I must say Brotherhood is better than the first series on certain aspects. I think the storyline of the normal Fullmetal Alchemist contains a better set-up, because they have a much more complicated story behind the Homunculus. In Brotherhood it is not that complex. On the other hand, Brotherhood has many more extra things added to the story like that group from Xing or something. I think that things like that made the Brotherhood series a little more addicting than the normal Fullmetal Alchemist.

yes.,i totally agree bec FMA had a really complicated story than the FMA brotherhood and it totally clears up the questions in FMA.. and i really like the first op song in FMA brotherhood [again by yui]
i think the brotherhood has ALOT of the same eps as the first.
i personally think the new FMA was better than the original. i mean the original was following the manga series and then it went off track and ended up somewhere else... the newer one was the manga version and i liked that more
