I know but still i think japan has more episodes then the english verison what do you think about that.

The only thing that hasn't been released are the 'Omake' (bonus) OVA video shorts of less then 10 minutes length. Out of the 5, one was the 'Chibi' movie wrap party, one was the video from the Universal Japan ride, another was a short on Al in his armor form.

If there was a continuation of this this highly successful and popular series, one would think that the Anime news sites would be all over it. But the only thing recent in the news is the announced release dates for the Collection sets...

There is:

The manga (still running)
The anime (51 eps.)
The film: Conqueror of Shambala
The extra OVAs compiled in the "Fullmetal Alchemist: PREMIUM COLLECTION"

To my knowledge THAT'S IT.
