I thought they were both alive?? What is going. Hey is the movie call bule bird or something blue. Because I saw a FMA and Ed and Al are both alive and Al has a normal body{Or his body back}and Ed is a higher rank officer.Or is the other way around.

2.Al has a human body and is training under Izumi again
3.Mustang has a eye patch and is the Fuhrer
4.Theres a guy that looks exactly like Hughes
5.Ed has real arms and legs again

i have to agree with bright shadow but what the heck do you mean a movie i sawit as an ep called laws aND PROMISES because i recorded it watched it 5 times until i finally figured out what Mustang meant at the end.sry for the exprssion i dont know how to take it off .

you have almost every thing right Ed is on the other side of the gate. Al is training with is old trainer. The part you got wrong is Ed does not have his arm and leg back he did after Al gave his life up for him. But Ed gave his liife up for Al and ended really sad. I just have one thing to ask in episode 23 Al says that Ed gave him fake memores and in one of the episode that was what Ed was trying to tell him but he was too scared to say it do think its true would he do that?

I don't think that you guys are talking about the FMA movie. I've seen it. Allow me to dispel your inconsistancies.
1. You got it.
2. Trained under her. At the start of the movie, Al is...on his own.
3. Eyepatch yes. Furher, no. He can't be, remember?
4. Only on the other side of the gate.
5. Yep.

They weren't fake memories. Have you seen the end of the series? Al gets all his memories clarified again, but he loses all the memories from the journey. (But he gets those back at the end of the movie.)

Also, there is another thread already about the FMA movie if you want to look through it for any questions you might have.
EDIT: Ignore me and my stupidness. I'm thinking of the general "FMA is over" thread, because we talked about the movie some in there.

@LittleHobbit13: Thank you for answering my question, its been out there for a while (even I forgot about it).

I can't wait til the movie comes out with the last volume of the series this fall!!

BTW: Volume 9 is out now isn't it? (released earlier this month wasn't it?) For some reason none of the stores in my area has gotten it in yet. Or did I mix up the release date with something else?
