My only gripe is that they reversed the manga in the Dark Horse release. Something which never works well and prevents me from buying it.
I hear you, but when it comes to Hiroaki Samura, I'll take what I can get.

Well, you are wrong on both accounts. Hellsing isn't done yet (I think there will be around 10 volumes when it does end) and The Dawn isn't bad at all.

the best manga so far that ive ever read was CHOBITS. its a 8 book series and its amazing. the story line is set in the future with a persocom [personal computer] that seems to hold human characteristics. its a great serious with a bit of humor, a but of drama and a love story to kill.

    .Hack//legend of the twilight.
I don't know if all the other Hacks are good but this ones great(and know if they're good or not coz I could,nt get them from my manga shop). Anyway this is great mnaga with a great storyline:
Its about two tennagers who win a prize to become .hackers which are kinda legendaries in Pokemon or Super Mods here. SO basically there really good players in this virtual reality game called the world which is really cool and you can really get into the book when you read it. Shugo and rena( the two twins )both meet lots of people, rare items and heaps of fun. And shugo meets a mysterious girl called aura who gives him a bracelet called the twilight bracelet which allows him to data drain his apponants.
    It's only a 3 volume series.

great sig by Lasura thanks heaps

Yeah I agree(even though I still need to get the rest)so I second your recommendation and I recommend Death Note because of it's intresting and dark story about a student named Light Yagami who finds a notebook called "Death Note",don't want to giveway the rest of the beginning so when you read it you'll enjoy it more.

I also want to recommend D.Gray-man is about Allen Walker a young british boy who is a member of "The Black Order" an organization of exorcists and it takes place in a fictional end of the 19th century. And I'll use a quote from wikipidia for the rest.
"Exorcists are specially chosen humans who are gifted with the ability to control and use Innocence, a divine substance created in ages past to combat the Earl. According to the Order's history, at the end of The Great Flood, 109 fragments of Innocence were scattered around the world. Once an Innocence fragment is matched to its compatible user, it can become a weapon or tool for the user to wield in the battle against the Earl." -wikipedia

    I hoped I helped.-^u^-

    Re: Any recommendations?

I have a few manga that I think you would like ^-^ ok the first is Enchanter. It's funny but at the same time serious and somewhat perverted at times. I highly recommend this manga. In the first one or two volumes it may seem like it's just funny but in about the third it gets more serious well still being funny. Another one is called Dragon Eye I've only read the first one and it's actiony with some humor. I can't really talk about it like its great because I've only read one but so far it's good. The final two are king of hell and D.Gray-man these are both very good and I highly recommend them ^-^ and I'm not going to tell you the story lines because thats part of why you should go and read it yourself. That and the first one always tells you anyway.
