Blood: The Last Vampire is a perfect choice if looking for some of the best Vampire manga around the english version is captiving but the Japanse version gives you the full story if you can understand it.

There are alot of vampire titles here I haven't heard about, glad I came.^^I would suggest Vampire Game, basically about the return of a vampire king come to take his revenge on the reincarnation of his enemy that defeated him many years ago.
Another vampire tilte is Vampire Doll. I haven't gotten to read this one yet but I've heard good things about it.

Re: Any suggestions on any vampire anime/manga?

Seem to be a lot of Hellsing manga enthusiasts here.

As for a vampire manga that isn't Hellsing, I highly recommend Blood Alone. It's about a guy in his mid-20s who is a writer and also a part-time consultant to the local police force. When he isn't writing or working, he's taking care of a young vampire girl. How they came to be living together isn't exactly explained, and these aren't stereotypical vampires. The male protagonist has had a previous encounter with a powerful vampire and had some of that power imprinted on him, giving him a number of unspecified powers. Only the first 3 volumes have been released in the U.S., and they are almost impossible to find.
