Best female manga character? It's totally Pikari from Amanchu, but I s'pose there are others, like Kyoko from Skip Beat and Tsukasa from TCP that are almost as awesome (Tsukasa and Kyoko are amazing, but Pikari, she is just so frikkin intense)... what do you think?
It's hell of hard to find really great manga with not-annoying girl characters, so this is for those of us who have run out of them and are looking for more, also just cuz I am wondering.

Gahhh, I forgot her name T~T, but she is from Himekei Doll. She has big eyes :0 It makes her so cute<3. I'm like in love with her.
it has to be rena ryuugu from the higurashi no naku manga and why? because of the epic hatchet action and the maggots squirming out of her viens XD and also coz of her cat-eyed mode '-'
Umm Kyoko from SkipBeat is a really strong female character! so I totally agree on that one. I don't normally watch romance and soppy stuff but skipbeat is really really amusing!
