Thread: Do you know the title of this manga? :D

It's a completed manga, not really new, I don't remember anything about the title and it's a bit awkward.
It's about a girl joining this school club, she's really skinny and probably sick, she makes this guy she meets masturbate in a way that is written in this club book that she kept reading. In many chapters she just watches him masturbate and doesn't let him do it sometimes. The ending was with the guy taking her from the hospital to a place she wanted to see, a beach during the winter.
Please help me if you know anything about it, its a great manga that I wanna read again.

Been doing some searches by genre for an hour and can't find it, I just wanna find this one to read it again and give the title to a friend.
