If you're only getting two, might as well get one that only has two volumes. Try FLCL or Q Ko-Chan. Need to see more from Ueda Hajime.

If you want to get a new book i would say try "Hellsing" or "Deathnote"
A good one is Gundam Seed Astray. If you love the gundam seed series you will love this manga.
Bleach And Death Note those should keep you busy for a while
I'm A big Chobits Fan. I love it and think that you will to. I couldn't put it down so I hope that you can read Chobits and love it as mutch as I have!!
