I've read a manga called 妄想战士 ( I don't know its Eng. name :D: ). The story's about two anime addicts ( one is obsessed with figures and the other one is crazy about cat girls), and eventually 'dragged' another normal person into being one of them ( this new guy's special, he's got 'alter ego' inside of him ). And the rest of it is about how far they go beyond other NORMAL anime addicts.
That translates as Mousou Senshi, if I'm not wrong (my Chinese reading skills suck!). I've seen it but I've never read it. Isn't its full name Mousou Senshi Yamamoto, though?

No I haven't but it sounds really cool and I think i'll pik it up and read it. And I have to say that your Avatar is really cool Chi is one of my fave cherictors.
That story is so bizzare. Not in itself, but it totally is me and my friends.
Jason and I were big anime freaks. we bought anime, manga, and loved the kitty-girls and such.
My scary black belt in tung soo do friend wasn't into it, but Jason and I always tried to get him to turn. Now he watched nartuo, and plays the naruto card game with Jason and me. He has also seen quite a number of different series.
We won.
And how do you mean "Beyond normal addicts?"
Do they have shivvers when they don't digest more? Do they turn into cosplay freaks at night? Or do they have some unholy cult ritual where they must eat the pages of an entire manga series.... ^^lol
