Yeah the only manga to ever do that to me is Akira and possible Death Note.
I literally read Akira from the minute I got home from school until I fell asleep and then the same thing the next day until 2 AM when I finished it.
I've never really decided to give up on normal books. There is things I like abbout both. It's harder to find manga with a powerful theme where as with books it's really easy.
yes.. As I get oder, I started to focus on different things...on different level but one manga caught my eye.. Tell me boring, tell me sucker but Naruto entertained me a lot. More importantly it did taught me a lesson, that is, live, life, passion and the will to never give up.
