There's been a number of hints to another season or OVA set down the line. The manga is finally starting to make some progress and for the first time in a while during a recent chapter there was actually a small hint of the end of the school year being in sight.

That was during their second year of high school. I guess they might make a 3rd part which would be their last year of high school.

I meant when Tnema pratice confessing with Harima when Tenma actually thinks Harima loves someone else . . .
