It's about a Brother (older) and his sister that goes to a University for Mages/Wizards. The Brother is made out to be a low ranking student, but has some kind of secret (being experimented on by his dad or something).
And the Sister seems to be a high class ranking student (although it's her freshman year). Liked by everyone.
They wear armbands showing rank and when they cast spells, there's a swirling ribbon shaped design with numbers/letters on their wrist.
Any thoughts?
