Both. Boys/girls... Okay- The boys, example, the anime Boys Be.. It's interesting and I like the story. The shojo,... umn... I think it's also okay. But sometimes, it's too much.

Carve an amble now,
Saying that the day's still bright,
And let's play with time.
I like both but I don't like the Shojo I read to be too be too girly and I don't like the Shonen to be too full of action caouse I like a good story.
I like shonen because there is alot more to read. I miss the manga sand land that was a good series. Haruko No Go is pretty god And so is Bleach.
DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Shōnen because the other one does not have manga that i like.

I am more in favor of shounen, there are only a few good titles in shoujo that I'm fond of. Most in shoujo genre are predictable and follows the same storyline and plot while being starred by an annoying female lead.
Shonen or Shojo...*thinks*
WEll to be completely honest I am a big fan of both. I like Shonen for their great battles and adventure stories. and I like Shojo because they have a sweet innocent kind of feel to them. Some of my friends who thought that they where a shonen kind of person turned out to be a shojo. And I turned out to be in the middle. but to bring up a different side to this question, I think that most people like Shojo and dont even realize it. but anyway I g2g jet so ttyal.

I'm for shoujo. Lots of shounen today seem to only focus on the fanservice aspect and it's really getting annoying when I download an episode only to find that it's another Harem or some innocent guy bombarded with an army of large-boobed girls who give a panty shot almost on cue.
Shoujo tends to have deeper meanings in their stories and that's usually what I'm looking for when I read a manga or watch anime. Of course, shoujo anime don't catch on as quickly as shounen anime does. It takes longer to develop a good shoujo anime and I guess some people aren't up for the wait. There are the magical girl shows, but they don't make up the entirety of shoujo, which I think some people think Shoujo is all about.
A lot of shounen, adding to what totalchaosgirl1988 wrote, do have themes that make up shoujo, and a shounen piece usually tends to be more popular if it's able to execute well a mix of shoujo and shounen.
