While, im not exactly sure where she is from i can tell that this is either a Korean Manhwa or a Chinese Manhua from the way you have to read it.
Besides that im realllllly sorry i cant help you better
This type of art kind of reminds me a bit of Hwang Mi Ri's mangas.
do you remember the characters name in the manga if you do you can probably find it on ask or bing when you type there names down that what i did when i did not remember one of my anime show's.
