Thread: What was your age when you started to like manga and anime?

Back when Adult Swim started on cartoon network was when i got into anime. Yu YU hakushu, Inyuasha and all the great old school anime. I didn't know it was anime until years later. We just called them cartoons at the time. That was also when pokemon was beast. That and Dragon ball z was all my friends talked about at the time.

for me ,12,or 13 i watch anime on tv ,watch naruto and bleach .

Started reading Ranma 1/2 when I was about 9. I watched DBZ before that, but didn't get into Anime/Manga until Ranma 1/2 and Inu Yasha.

when i was around 6 or 7 when i started watching inuyasha and then ranma 1/2.

I first encountered anime as a kid(around 8) in Mexico, but funny thing was I didn't know it was anime. I didn't find out what anime was for another 10 years when I had graduated out of highschool in USA xD

age 12 to 13. My first manga(s) was from the Shonen Jump book. ish Sept 2004 edition

I forget. Probably 10ish, when I found out most of the shows I liked were anime. I didn't find out about manga until much later.
