I don't read manga, but one of my favorite sites to buy anime from, Discount Anime DVD.com -Japanese Anime DVD Manga Graphic Novel CD with deep discount price!!, has a ton of manga for under $10. Shipping costs will bring you up to $13 or $14, though, so unless you plan to order enough to get free shipping, you'd be better off checking B&N, Borders, or another real bookstore.

Barnes and noble's prices are fine too. I get mine for 10-11 dollars max. Rarely have I seen them above 10 dollars. The only 11 dollar one that I get is Negima?!, which is shrinky wrapped because of the ecchi. (while Love Hina isn't... i don't get it.)
any book store for $10 any higher than that and your gettin gipped all manga cost $10
welll, to tell you the truth i think all manga is sold at teh same price unless on a sale. theres always one payment which the owners buy it at and then raise it so they get money in return. so the lowest would be the flat fee straght from the factory or should be im not taht sure
At some Walmarts thewy have them for about $5, in America.
