    Wild Adapter

I'm a huge Kazuya Minekura fan, so I immediately checked out this series: Wild Adapter. The plot:

Set in Yokohama, in 1995, the story follows the adventures of an enigmatic, deviant teenager named Kubota Makoto. While briefly wrapped up in yakuza events, Kubota stumbles across a mysterious drug known as Wild Adapter (or WA), which kills people, leaving their mangled corpses bestial. Kubota leaves the yakuza group and discovers a boy approximately his age in an alley, Tokito Minoru, who has barely any memories of his past and a right hand that is more paw-like than not.

Full of action, sex, and violence, it is rated Mature for a reason. However, it is a great read and I strongly recommend it. Has anyone else had the pleasure?

I've read thru volume 6 and I totally love it! It has it all action, sex, angst etc etc. A great read. I love Saiyuki as well but WA may be even more fun!
