Well actually the series has stopped and they just want to end the series with Keitaro with Naru, not his promise girl. Later on in the anime you sorta get teh idea that Naru is actually the promise girl but in the Photos it seems that Mutsumi is. I think this was meant to confuse us. It was a good ending anyways, although a bit cheesy

Naru is defintely the girl from the promise, at least in the anime, not sure about the manga. I think they get married at the end of the manga, at least that's what I heard.

the manga is diffrent cuz like the anime ends with them just making connessions together. i never got the chance to read the manga so i didnt know that Naru is the promise girl {even though they made it so obvous}

You have to watch the Christmas and Spring Specials to fully get the story line of Love Hina Again, but if you TRULY want to get the Love Hina story line, Read the manga, it expands on the story alot more then the anime does.

yea like the manga actually goes on and the anime only has a few specials and 23 eps its not as reta as i though i would have liked it more if it went on but then i'd think it get

too mushy

getting married eh? not surprising since its a romantic/comedy anime...still mad that they didn't finish making the anime i think that it might be really cool if they did finish it.

Thing is, they did finish it, Love Hina Again, the 3 part OVA that took place after the Spring Special covered the majority of the latter part of the Manga (They compleatly skipped Suu's attempt to kidnap Ketiaro...).

While they didn't show them getting married, it showed them getting engaged.

Naru isn't the one who promised to go to Tokyo university with him, but he gave up looking for that girl, cuz in the end, they both go up to the university and he asks naru about the promise and she has no idea what he's talking about

Naru just forgot about the promise she made with keitaru when they were kids cause at the end of the season mitsumi tells naru she made the promise with kei cause she was their friend back then too.

love hina was a good manga and anime, so i would tell you the ending it is so tempting but it is better to see it for your self

The manga actually confirmed that Naru was infact the promised girl.
