I just can't put my finger on it. I knew from day one that it was gonna be weird ( Matrix/ I Robot crossover) but now I'm totaly lost. It ain't the storyline - it's the way it's being told. It's like one ep.'s totaly boring and the next one I must see more than once. Well I guess it's too early to judge - 12 so far 12 more to go. But they better make the next 12 count or i'll publicly persecute the creators .

Ergo Proxy, is a futuristic storyline, about from this point into the anime is undetermined to waht happened to the world.

So far there are things called Proxy's, there arent autoraves(cyborgs,A.I.s etc.) and arent human.,
supposovliy(sp) they have alot of energy and what not.,
and they are a mystery,

you should be able to put connections together, i dont want to explain through typing(its hot), but yeah, re-wacth if you are confused or read up on it.

I am perfectly aware of the happenings in the series . Vincent Vise is Ergo Proxy ! But that doesn't make it better - one boring ep. ( mostly with Vincent and Pino) and one ep. full of action and more info about proxy ( when we're following Lir around) and then again another boring ep. By boring you can understand loads of questions which remain unaswered until Lir gets off her but and starts searching for them.
I also have a problem with her name - I've seen a lot of different subbings - Lir, Lill, Rill... which one is it?
