Eureka 7 had the best ending...only it left a huge gap in the character follow up..i wanted to see what happed to the other rebels :D:. And what about the military?? where did they go?? But it was good how everything happened..guess you can't have it all.
Chobits is the worst ending ever...they led you up to a point and the went all soft on everyone, I at least thought Chii would kill those 2 androids..:laugh:
The best ending to me is the ending of You're Under Arrest ,the charcters were all fine after the crisis that endangered their relationships ... there's maybe others but this's what on my mind right now.
my all time favorite has to be Death Note. the apparition of L was a very nice touch, as well as Light taking defeat so harshly. his new laugh was interesting as well.
however we cant get better than Matsuda filling Light full of lead.
I'm rather fond of Neon Genesis Evangelion's ending (YES, the original)
As lame as all the fanboys thought it was and as much of an obvious budget cop-out it represented: I think it was the most appropriate and more importantly ~thought provoking~ thing they've done. Rather than giving us a concrete "this is what happened", we were given vague recaps, a few new scenes and a number of options to choose from for ourselves.
All the EVA endings since have been nihilistic, hateful little turds of endings that make me think Anno needs to be laid... HARD... preferably by a large, scary looking transexual with a baseball bat.

i have Seen alot of Anime Series and i like them all i cannot say i dislike anny of them thay are all good in there own way. but if i should pick some favorit endings this is what i have come upp with;
Samurai X:
it ends the story of both Samurai X and Ruoruni Kenshin
its a fitting ending of the two animes a draqmtic ending for the dramatic anime
Elfen Lied: you want More but its the ends or is it?:P
Full Metall Alchemist:
can an anime twist your mind more? i doubdt it.
my favorite anime ending got to be death note since Kira died....there was music sounded so sad....
I got a new favorite ending ... it's the one of "Fate Stay Night" it was so good and emotional and above all that it was so convincing and satisfying ... i real real liked it ...
