This is only for people who WANT to know what happens in the end of "Full Moon Wo Sagashite".

In the beggining, Wakouji-sensei comes and check's Mitsuki's throat, to prepare it for the operation that day. Later on, Mitsuki performs at her final concert. When she starts to fade away (she was about to die, losing Takuto's blood in order to transform her ) , Izumi-kun suddenly appears and fixes up a hologram of Full Moon so she could keep on singing. Suddenly, God, (in this case a woman) sends down a black swirl of darkness, ready to come and take Mitsuki to her death. When Mitsuki finally sees what's happening, she sees Meroko holding her own body in front of the black swirl, defending Mitsuki's life. Mitsuki stops singing, but Meroko urges her to sing. She says she would like to hear Mitsuki sing even if she gets punished. Moments before, Takuto had started choking, and was becoming a ghost. His soul was starting to dissappear. Meroko and Takuto both were sent before God to speak of their punishments. Meroko spoke for Takuto the whole time. God had threatened to turn Takuto into a ghost, for completely going against God's wishes, and planning to prevent Mitsuki's death. But, since Takuto could not speak, Meroko said that it was okay if she was punished, but in return, she had asked that Takuto and Mitsuki not be harmed. She laid at Takuto's side and watched God's expression in worry.
God stood silently for a moment, then said to Meroko that because of her bravery,
and of her passion for this human girl, Meroko would be turned into an angel. Suddenly, Meroko's back began to grow beautiful, shining wings. Also, God said she would spare Mitsuki's life. Lastly, God said that since Meroko cared for him so much, God would give Takuto another chance to live.
Afterwards, Mitsuki's surgery was a success, and she had gotten rid of her cancer. She was scared of what might've happened to Takuto and Meroko. Suddenly, the doll of Meroko in her hand started to walk, and winked at her. It urged her to follow it. Mitsuki ran as hard as she could, following the doll. Suddenly, she stopped. The doll was pointing to someone. Takuto was walking along the sidewalk, not noticing Mitsuki. Mitsuki looked up, and saw Meroko's angel, flying off. "Arigatou!" Was what she cried after Meroko. She spoke as well as she could, until she finally yelled as hard as she could, "Takuto!" Finally, Takuto turned around and saw the red-faced girl, looking at him like she'd not seen him
for a year's time. When Mitsuki looked up, she saw a little
doll of a cat on his backpack. It was Takuto, all right.

Not a very good summary, but I tried my best.

that wasnt god who they meet for there punishment Izumi-kun talks about her in one of his stories when he takes her to the rooof. God didnt send the smoke though it was the the force that was turning Takuto into a ghost that attacks her not god or fate.

lol i saw the last episode i thought it was really sad but what was sadder is that takuto didnt kiss mitsuki =[...
