ok so when i was watching the series i thought it was really good until around the last 5 episodes because things were getting repetitive and the ending made no sense CLONES?? to me that came out of nowhere and i was wondering what other people thought of it

P.S: sorry if this sounds like some crappy rantting

Its not technically clones. The main character was returning to life by his ashes being returned to him but when he comes back he will have no memory of the girls. Only two of the girls interested in him had the courage to stick it out, the rest bowed out. I thought the series was interesting, it wasn't one of the most eechi of them out there but it was good and the story premise was somewhat original for a harem anime.

This series is often overlooked by some because they think its either just another eechi harem anime that's all fan service without much of a plot. Well, underlying the story of Maburaho is the story that true love can overcome all. Chihaya and Yuna's love for Kazuki is unconditional. The other girls Kuriko and Rin are after him because they were told to, in the beginning, but they slowly begin to see him for who he is and not what he is and they start having feelings for him. Chihaya is like Yuna, she loves him for who he is and because her family told her to get his genes. In the end Chihaya and Yuna were the only two who decided that they'd stick it out when Kazuki came back to life, get to know him again, and maybe fall in love all over again. In a way they left the series wide open for a sequel but I doubt that'll ever happen but you never know.

I understand that there is actually a manga that came before the series was made. I wonder if its out in the US or not. Usually the manga is almost always better than the anime.

that makes a lot of sense lol i didnt look at it like an eechi harem anime but thats why most people i know didnt look at it
