Who else loved the ending in Persona 3

I personally thought the ending of P3 was really good. I'm talking about after the fight with Nix it looks like the main character destroyed the whole world. But in the end he comes back and the whole world is fixed. Even though the main characters loses there memory till the end kinda sucked but it was still good.

I don't like the ending because the main character die at the end. Beside that, the game is awesome.

If you played Persona FES the answer you'll get the full ending that they didn't really explain in Persona 3. He didn't actually come back after that fight with Nyx.
