Thread: SOTW Feb 25 - Mar 2 (Basilisk)

Quality-wise ~ qwenibe wins hands down. The scan is HQ, the render crisp and the effects and text are seamless.

nickhoge and pyropsycho get nods for more interesting (and daring) scan choice than the others.

gwen hands down, awesome sig where everything just came together flawlessly

Another SOTW with original entries and designs. A tough decision, but there's only one who I can vote for. First of, let me give my comments on all of the entries ^_^. It's been awhile since everybody who entries gets some credit! Here we go:

Pyro Psycho: Great to have you back in the SOTW and sigmaking! A wonderful entry, scan is awsome and you kept it simple yet catching. I loved yours, 1st seat, you got my vote ^_^.

equinn: I liked your choice of colors. You were the only one with a basilisk couple in your sig, they look cute.

Aiora: Original way of approaching! Evil/tough looking sig, too bad about the white border. Furthermore, nice job.

anime_8000: Picked out the same char as me XD. Love Hotarubi's look with her butterflies. Purple suits her perfect, like the effects... too bad about the font though, it's hard to read.

_gwenibe_: Awsome looking sig. I like the way you did the background with the colors and filters. Too bad about the quick rendering. But it's a plus siggy! Third seat =3.

nickhoge: Good entry for your first time SOTW! I liked the way you colored the sig, it suits the character perfectly. Red silk is definitely showing, still too bad about the outer glow, if you left that out, it'd love it even more. But overall cool sig! Second seat ^_^.

i liked mine too but...i am torn between Nick and Gwen both done fairly well ^_^

Wow a Basilisk SOTW! aw man i really wanted to enter this one..-sigh- ah well tough choice they all were very nice..but i gave the slight nod to Aiora because as Yasmine said it was a pretty dark sig, and it's awesome..the border though doesn't quite work AS much...but ah well, my other choice would have been gwen because Oboro was my fav girl char, too bad there wasn't any Koshiro sigs...-.-

I vote for Aiora genosuke rules and using the close up as a background looks really good.
I was surprised there werent more bloody sigs seeing how Basilisk was extremely violent and bloody >.<.

i vote for Pyro Psycho. the lighting is nice. ^^ great job.
