I picked Anime_8000's because I liked the colors and flow of it. ^^
My second pick would have been kittypurrrrfect's because I like the fact that she was colorful with it and seemed to have fun. ^^
My third pick would be Equinn's because its a little bright but I like the way she added the green designs to the sides. ^^

Actually CB, I believe that in case of a tie that we give the victory over to the member with the higher amount of credits. So if that were to be the case than equinn would be the winner of this SOTW. But personally I believe that your method is more "fair" as there tends to be huge gaps in between members regardless of when they've joined.
