I liked Spin Da Ish overall. The crisp blue sky was a definite decider for me. Also the quote on it was perfect. The sig was not only great quality, but also humorous.

I vote for FlawedMind because he desrves it. The signature is crisp, matches the theme and the colours used are awesome.

FlawEd is who I voted for. Its simple and yet has somewhat of an "impact" to it. Plus I'm a Wolfwood fan. LOL

Dood, I'm a girl. But anyway, I picked Naruto's. I like the effects he's got going on.

i think that equinn's is the best out of the bunch. it looks kinda nice and funny at the same time.

I picked Spin's just because I thought it related to the theme most of them all with the genteel lady, tied up (hostage?) man and the desert background
it all fell into place pretty well
although it was a close call I also liked Equinn's if I had done my own sig I would have loved to use that pic of ed as a cowboy(girl? lol)

FLawEdmiNd ultimately recieved my vote. Hers showed the most "western" style in the anime category, in my opinion. Naruto's was awesome, but I didn't see the "western" in it, except for the text. Nice job everyone, and good luck. ;)
