How fast is your internet connection??? Because you need to run it at a higher kbps for your music, 24kbs is way too low.

At the very least you need to have a broadband connection. So far I only know of Winamp w/ the plugin Shoutcast that can work with the radio. After you set those up just PM one of the mods for the password to the radio. If you need help i can walk you through.
