Hellknight go to the tutoral section of Anime Online and you can teach yourself.

uh hassun dont speak for everyone .....not everyone likes gore and blood on there sigs....you should have been more general like This

Try to figure out what your fav show or anime or whatever is right now for me its ful metal alchemist sometimes u watch a anime and get inspired to make a sig so just make what u like

Maybe if you take Naruto1989's advice and mix it with Hassuns you can come up with a great signature.
