| Here goes nothing. I couldn't do as good as I'd wish to because of the lack of internet at home, but I did my best and I hope someone likes this.
This is my underwater fantasy... quite creepy, isn't it?
Didn't take much time to make it (because I didn't have the time), but it wasn't easy to make it too...
Anyways I started with the curly, sea weed thingys, those are just millions of different little brushes...
Then I created the background with plasma cloud option (edditing the plasma so it would look like deep water)
Then, in the next morning, I found the character- the mermaid and added it on- a bit of other new brushes, a bit of edditing and vola!
Yea, I made it in one evenings time but I tried hard.

wow, this isn't bad, has a very dark and eerie feeling to it. My eyes can't seem to decided wether there is too much curly things, or even if there is too much in some places or not. Overall, not a bad effort! good work!

I agree... there were too many curly things... So I eddited it... I hope Dragon Ball doesn't get mad of it... I would have fixed it all on sunday if I had internet ^^
