Well I definitly give you credit for trying but it needs alot of work.

      * The drawing is way to flat, you need to work on perspective drawing and details.

      * The grass should have been digitally painted in PS or Painter, not scanned and colored over. The clouds look like a wave of water, look at a refrence pic to get a better idea of how they look.

      * Theres alot of different coloring methods to use and I'm not sure how you did this in PS but it looks "stale" like a coloring book, notice the white along the original lines.

I recommend learning to use the pen tool in photoshop, you can scan your drawing then outline it to have nice clean lines. Then color and shade it in new layers. Hard to explain but search for tutorials and keep learning.

i know i'm a amature, so thanks for pointing out the mistakes. i also need to work on my hands, feet and body type. do you have any tutorials to recommend? and i don't have a pen tool, but a pencil tool should work too, right?

The shadow and the sky look nice... but you might wanna try adding some more shading to make it look less flat.
